Captain Raul brings seven years of blue-water experience across the Caribbean, French Polynesia, and Europe, balanced with a hospitality background that keeps the atmosphere relaxed and the itinerary well judged. Chef Katie delivers everything from elegant multi-course dinners to casual bites and creative cocktails, so guests rarely need to think beyond what they fancy next. On the water, a powerful nine-person tender, sea scooter, subwing, two paddleboards, a towable tube, and snorkel gear keep active groups busy from morning to sunset.
