We've had the best time exploring every inch of the BVI's with you guys. You've made this experience so memorable for us, from The Baths, to the early morning snorkeling spots, to the places that the tarpon try to eat our feet, every moment has been so much fun and you've made it extra fun.
Thank you for taking such good care of us from breakfast to dinner, we've had the best time exploring with you this whole time.

Just finished a 7 day cruise with Carolina and it was awesome! She treated our whole crew with top notch service. It was our first time to the BVI’s and she made sure we had fun everyday. Carolina’s service with everything was fantastic.

I'm a unique client with a unique health background needing extra attention, and she just understood immediately. She is not just a chef, she loves nutrition, healthy, and nourishing food that is beautiful and delicious.

What an amazing week in the BVI. You all met our expectations and then some.
This was our first adventure in the BVI. We were able to visit all the hot spots!
Soggy Dollar, Long Bay, Anegada, the Baths, Bitter End, The Indians, Ginger Island. The food was delicious. Every meal was special and satisfied our Epicurian desire.

It was AMAZING. We ALL had a total blast. Heiko and Rebecca were simply the best.

Heiko is a superlative captain - so steady and uber-responsible. He also was a great tour guide in general. His love for snorkeling and everything in the sea was contagious, and he took us to many out of the way snorkeling spots. I think my youngest grandson (10) wants to be just like Heiko when he grows up. 😂. Heiko really planned the perfect itinerary for our family. I feel like the activities, sailing, etc. were perfectly paced for all.

Rebecca is an amazing woman. Just so terrific, kind, and interesting. She took such good care of us every single day. Both Heiko and she always made sure Ed (89) felt safe, particularly getting on and off the dinghy.

We kayaked, snorkeled, paddle-boarded, tubed, and in general spent a ton of time in the water.

The boat was very comfortable, including the beds. The weather was terrific. The food was delicious. The crew was A+. The trip exceeded my expectations, and they were very high to begin with. It was a great family celebration, and we will always remember it as a very special and fun adventure. Though Ed didn’t do the water activities, he also really loved the trip.

Our week with the three of you was FANTASTIC! It surpassed all expectations. Rebecca, your thoughtfulness and kindness shine through each day in all the many things you did for each of us.
Heiko, you are the Captain Extraordinaire! We felt safe in your ever-capable hands. You were an amazing ocean tour guide also. You have created time aspiring free divers in Charles and Arthur. Olivia loved all of your deep knowledge of the sea.

In short - we love all of you and you ROCK!

Your hospitality this week has allowed this group to build on friendships, remember who we are as individuals outside of our everyday lives and rejuvenate ourselves fully.

Your knowledge of this beautiful place, ability to stay steps ahead of us and the weather, and the most amazing food to fuel us, made this a truly remarkable and unforgettable experience.

Not only does she have the technical sailing skill and rock-solid decision making to
inspire confidence in her guests, she does it all with a smile, with patience and with fun,
youthful energy.
She shared her experience in the Southern Ocean, not only is she a great chef but a great sailor too.

We have lived an island dream for 7 days. Thank you for allowing our family to drift away with y'all. So many magical memories have been made. I will miss being waited on hand and foot.

Heiko, thank you for being our fearless captain. You were always ready to create an adventure for us. And you sail beautifully. Your knowledge of the island and the water is impressive.

Rebecca, thank you for always being so eager to help us out when needed. And thank you for all the cocktails - our favorite part! And you catch the "rope" perfectly every time :)

Well, it is time to go home. I have relaxed on a level I/we have never relaxed at and we appreciate y'all making that happen for our family. We will miss our floating abode.

Chef Carolina (Cat) is an impressive chef.
Chef Carolina's food was exceptional. The care that she put into her food was
remarkable. She has a very broad repertoire when it comes to food. Being a foodie and
having been to many Michelin star restaurants all over the world, I would say her food is
right up there.
Her menu was well thought out using fresh, local ingredients; creative,
beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!
Carolina’s professionalism, attention to detail, impeccable service and fun-loving vibe was incredible.
We could not have enjoyed ourselves more even if we wanted to.
Thank you for an experience of a lifetime!

We had such a great charter last week Carolina!! We were on the Catamaran with two
other couples that are great friends of ours! We all had difficult dietary needs such as
low carb, gluten-free and dairy free. Our chef, Carolina, did an awesome job of keeping
us well fed with incredible food! Our favorites were snorkeling at the Indians, exploring
