Serenity VII is a 2019 Lagoon power catamaran based in Nassau, and her standout is the combination of a formally trained French chef and an e-foil-equipped toy deck that would suit an active charter twice her size. Chef Manon Tremblier holds a degree from Institut Paul Bocuse and specialises in French-Caribbean fusion, meaning meals aboard genuinely compete with shore-based fine dining. Captain Alex Goineau brings deep Caribbean local knowledge and a background in vessel delivery across a wide range of craft, so the itinerary is as strong as the onboard experience.
Four queen cabins, each with an en-suite, sleep eight guests in comfort, and a crew of three keeps the service-to-guest ratio high. The toy list covers two e-foils, two kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards, a wakeboard, a towable tube, a floating mat and snorkel gear for ten, backed by a 60hp tender for island runs. The crew was amazing. The captain, Oliver, was very knowledge about the area and was very thoughtful in planning out our agenda. Dion, was very attentive to our needs without being overbearing. Manon, our chef, was incredible. It was as if we were dining in a Michelin star restaurant every night. Every meal was spectacular.

David is always willing to teach us along the way whether it’s about sailing, safety, spear fishing, sharing knowledge about the islands, water, marine life, culture… and the list goes on. He is an extremely patient person and is great with kids and adults. He is a good man, who genuinely cares about the people he is around and the ocean/environment he is sailing on.”
What an unbelievable week in the Bahamas! This trip for exceeding our expectation, the food, the adventures, the new friends. Truly – you two outdid yourselves!
