E-foiling for Jax was a WIN! The bote hangout was one of our favorite ways to waste the day away. This was exactly the relaxing trip that we all needed and we couldn't have asked for better hosts! Julie-your cooking inspired me to be more creative and change things up! and your food was better than anywhere we are out - including the lobster! And all the thanks for pulling out the toys and floats all day and making all the islands - we enjoyed every minute! Also going to have to introduce the Captains beer shots to our friends back home. Thank you for a truly wonderful and relaxing week for the entire family!

Such an amazing week on Ruby One! The boat was extremely comfortable and the food was SO GOOD. Chef Julie is very talented and puts so much thought into every single meal. Captain Ken is a great captain and took us to great places and was wonderful at making sure we were always happy and the kids entertained. He also makes a delicious margarita and rum punch. We even got a private concert from him. Overall, a fantastic trip, the crew couldn't have been better for our family charter. Loved every minute!

We were able to create many family memories over the past 7 days. Julie, your food was absolutely amazing and every meal was a surprise with 5 star quality. Captain Ken, everyone loved your cocktail skills and certainly taking us to all the beautiful locations to snorkel.

We celebrated our 30th Anniversary and it was truly AMAZING! Honestly I was a little afraid of the whole boat thing and from the minute we stepped on Ken and Julie made everything wonderful! Our favorite times were sailing and swimming, just being with our best friends celebrating life ! The views are breathtaking! Cruising from spot to spot was one of my favs, I enjoyed the sun, the clouds, the rain, the food, music and even the quiet. The hospitality was plentiful and genuine, Jules & Ken made sure of that. Captain got us everywhere we needed to go, Julie cooked her heart out and it was delicious. We were celebrating my 50th birthday and it was a trip of my lifetime. I love this boat. There are a lot of beautiful boats in the BVI. There are a lot of great captains and chefs/first mates, but when you can match and combine the two, you have the perfect vacation & that is Ruby One! Our time on your beautiful yacht was amazing!
Ken's knowledge of the islands was superb! Great snorkeling spots and the best beaches! Julie, I don’t know how you do it - amazing food! - You are not an “iron chef," you are the titanium chef!

Where to start - Ken and Julie you two are truly the best! Our group laughed till we cried!! Ken knew the best spots and Julie was “Amazing”, food every meal to die for!! My absolute favourite trip ever! Family and friends and the perfect boat and crew!! “Loved” every minute of every day!!

We had beyond a fabulous time on Ruby One!! Captain Ken “The Champ” & Julie “Titanium Chef” were an amazing team. They were so accommodating and wanted to make our trip exactly everything we had dreamed it would be! They made it all look so east and they were so fun to hang out with too, Kens guitar playing, Julies amazing cooking, and the Beautiful Boat, it was Great!!

What a perfect trip! Amazing weather, friends, food, drinks & Hosts! Each day was better than the last and we cannot wait till next time.

We all had such a great time on Ruby One our captain and chef were very knowledgeable about all the islands and what an amazing chef. They were both very professional and a pleasure to be around. I had to fly out for a couple of days and the Captain was a big help solving logistical problems. We would highly recommend this boat and crew! This trip was amazing! Everything was so well thought out by Ken & Julie! Two of us had Celiac gluten free allergy and Julie cooked gluten free for all of us - it was awesome! Everytime we went out to dinner ( even Saba) we all agreed Julie's dinners were better. Ken took us to all the beautiful & fun hot spots - we wouldn't have changed a thing.
