Sapphire is a brand-new 2026 Fountaine Pajot catamaran sailing the Grenadines with a crew of three whose combined strengths are genuinely rare: Captain Jared brings deep BVI cruising knowledge and a talent for building itineraries around what guests actually want, Chef Gigi has won Best Overall Dish and Best Appetizer at the BVI Charter Yacht Culinary Competition and delivers menus drawing on Mediterranean, Caribbean and Asian influences using fresh local ingredients, and deckhand and steward Gys keeps everything running smoothly on deck and in the saloon.
For eight guests across four ensuite cabins, including a master king suite and three queen cabins, all with high thread-count linens and mattress toppers, Sapphire offers proper comfort at sea. Families will appreciate the optional children's forepeak cabin and a deck jacuzzi for lazy afternoons at anchor. The eFoil and TKO Electric Jet Surfboard give active groups something to get excited about between swims. Early reviews, seven charters in, point to a boat that runs exactly as promised.

Accommodations
Sapphire has a master King suite and 3 Queen guest cabins all ensuite with freshwater electric heads. All cabins have high thread count linens and additional mattress toppers, with complimentary toiletries.
The port forepeak is available at an additional charge. It is airconditioned and has a wet head. It is only suitable for children and young teenagers.
The crew are in the port aft cabin and stbd forepeak.

What a Week! Thank you for a beautiful trip & a lifetime of memories! Life slowed down for us & we were able to take in the most special moments. Sitting for meals as a family & having grandparents with us made it extra special.
We are beyond grateful for all the love, energy & effort you poured into the week. Long hours - making sure everyone was happy - is not an easy task :) Getting away from our fast paced life was a breath of fresh air.
This is a trip to remember & feel so blessed! Going back to real life will not be easy.
