The Cyclades is most famously known for Mykonos and Santorini, two of the most popular tourism destinations among the islands. Mykonos has a summer party atmosphere with stunning beaches. Santorini is famous for it's blue-domed rooftoops and dramatic cliffsides, but it's actually not as glamourous as you may think.

Discover hidden caves and thermal springs on your Aegean Sea charter.

Where to Charter in the Cyclades

Mykonos

Mykonos is the perfect blend of adventure with a lively party atmosphere.

The island’s iconic whitewashed villages and windmills create a stunning backdrop as you navigate the coastline. It is also known for its 16th Century windmills.

There are many bars along Paradise and Super Paradise beach which are perfect for an afternoon drink. It's world renowned for having international DJs hosting sets at many of the dance clubs.

Watching the sunset from the deck of the boat is an unforgettable Mykonos experience.

Santorini

Santorini is world renowned for its breathtaking views of its iconic caldera and dramatic cliffs.

But not all that glitters is gold.

Because it's formed by a sunken volcano, Santorini is very hard to access by yacht, and so we suggest a day trip, taking the ferry from nearby Ios if you absolutely must go.

Despite the cruise ships belching out smoke and thousands of tourists queueing for hours to 'get the shot', Santorini retains some of its charm and the island’s black and red sand beaches are the perfect place to escape for sunbathing or snorkelling.

Walk the iconic Fira to Oia trail and take in the incredible views.

Kea

Kea (Tzia) is known for its hilly countryside and quiet beaches away from the crowds.

Visit the largest oak forest in the Cyclades or explore one for the numerous caves in the area.

The tranquil water is perfect for divers to see a large number of shipwrecks, including the HMHS Britannic (sister ship to the Titanic).

Kythonos

Kythonos is one of the lesser-known islands in the Cyclades.

Home to incredible beaches, hot springs, and incredible views - it is the perfect place to stop and relax.

The twin anchorages at Kolona Bay, seperated by a stunning low sand bar, provide good shelter from various directions and act as alovely evening stop on the way out or back to base from the further islands.

Visit the ancient ruins on the island including the Castle of Oria.

Milos

Other-wordly Milos is located in the southwestern part of the Cyclades.

A longer sail than some of the better-known islands, Milos is well worth the extra distance and effort!

It's home to mysterious rock formations, natural landscapes contributed by volcanic activity, and incredible beaches.

Milos is also home to a large number of hot springs, cave, and geological formations.

If you are into history, the early Christian catacombs are not to be missed.

Paros

Paros is known for its great beauty with long crystal clear water beaches along its coastline.

It is one of the more known destinations in the Cyclades as it has well developed tourist infrastructure, perfect for chartered holidays.

Naoussa, the beautiful town on the north of the island, is the quintessential Cyclades village, complete with whitewashed walls, bougainvillea and crazy paving.

There are many churches, venetian castles, and archeological sites to visit.

Antiparos

Antiparos’s hidden sea caves and untouched coves make it a haven for exploration and adventure.

Gentle breezes guide you past charming shores and picturesque landscapes.

It’s a perfect blend of tranquility and natural beauty, ideal for a relaxing day at sea.

Make sure to visit the Cave of Antiparos.
